The IT consultancythat delivers more forless.

IT budgets are under pressure. You need to deliver more for the same budget — or less. We rethink the engagement model so a small, senior team can ship the work of a much bigger one.

A Devpill engagement gives you:

  • Senior engineers, no juniors parachuted in
  • Fixed-scope pilots before any long commitment
  • Code and infrastructure you own from day one
  • Honest trade-offs in writing, not slideware

01 / Manifesto

We're a small studio that codes, ships and operates. Most consultancies sell you slides and hand you a binder. We sell working software you actually own — and we stay until it runs in production.

03 / How we operate

Four principles we don’t compromise on.

i.

Code, not slides

We deliver running software. Diagrams and docs serve the code, not the other way around.

ii.

Small by design

Two to four seniors per engagement. No layers between you and the people writing the code.

iii.

Write things down

Decisions, trade-offs and runbooks live in the repo. Nothing important survives in heads only.

iv.

Plan our exit early

Day one we plan how your team takes over. Every engagement ends with a clean handover.

04 / How we work

From brief to handover, in four phases.

01

Discover

One or two paid weeks where we read the code, talk to the team and write a short brief. You keep it whether or not we continue.

02

Design

We turn the brief into a concrete plan: scope, risks, milestones and a budget you can defend. Decisions go in writing.

03

Build

Senior engineers ship the work in short iterations behind feature flags. You see progress every week, not every quarter.

04

Operate

We run it with you, write the runbooks, train the team and hand over cleanly. The exit is part of the plan.

05 / Founding-client pilot

Try us first. Decide later.

Because Devpill is newly registered, our first engagements are structured to be low-risk for you: a short, fixed-price discovery that produces something useful on its own, and only then a decision about a bigger build.

  • Two paid discovery weeks, fixed price
  • A written brief, plan and risk log you keep
  • Optional pilot build, three to six weeks
  • No long-term commitment to continue
06 / Honest answers

Questions you probably have.

  • Because the company is new, not the people. You hire the engineers behind it, on a small fixed-scope pilot where the risk is bounded. If the pilot doesn't earn the next step, we both walk away with a useful artifact.
